Confusing achievement with worthiness and obligation with generosity…
to reclaiming the sacred, being reverent with your precious time, energy and attention, keeping your sweet, sweet heart wide open while keeping a big motherf*cking fence around it.
Exhausted from living out old stories of hustle, work = worth, martyrdom, scarcity and linear growth…
to rested, radiant, replete. Well fed by a life and gentle business that feel rich in what you truly value, are cyclical and regenerative, in rhythm with whatever phase of life you're in.
Holding everyone and everything on your own…
to gathering by a collective hearth, with a weekly circle and daily community that give you a deep anchor, leaning back to be warmed, welcomed and witnessed as you shed the skins of the woman you were taught to be, and say yes to the woman you were born to be.
Going around and around in circles of the same damn patterns, trying harder, pushing more, pretending you'll tend to yourself when it's all finally done …
to ever decreasing circles back to your own heart, your own skin, your own belly, trusting your own oracle knows when to lean in and do, and lean back and be.
Here's the rub:
You BELIEVE that self devotion, gentle business, sweet community and reclaiming the sacred is possible...
but you're still struggling with the same patterns of isolation, self-abandonment, business from a state of fear and your life is suffering as a result.
You KNOW you're here to do big work in the world, you know your medicine transforms lives …
but you're so far away from the well-fed, grounded-on-solid-ground wise woman in you that your current default is disconnection from your desires, total depletion and self doubt.
You UNDERSTAND that your rest and nourishment are key …
but you're spending so much time in the patriarchal, linear growth at all costs, capitalist online echo chamber that embodying a regenerative, cyclical life and business feels like a pipe dream.
"When I first came into your space, I carried a quiet belief that there was something fundamentally flawed about me. I had spent years picking myself apart and trying to fix the very things that made me who I am. You helped me see those parts with more compassion. Slowly, I began to recognise that what I had called flaws might actually be gifts, and I've gone from feeling flawed to beginning to own my genius."
"I was running on empty last year, and I felt this overwhelming pressure to succeed. I realised there was a woundedness in the way I was trying to succeed. I was trying to prove I was enough by being useful. Now I feel a lot less pressure to justify my existence, and I feel more worthwhile even when I'm not being productive, which is huge for me."
"The number one thing I've taken from this year, and the thing I always mention if I tell someone about you, is this idea of self-devotion. It's so revolutionary to say, 'I'm actually going to fill my cup first.' Part of being in this circle is seeing that represented, seeing people struggling with it or succeeding with it, and talking about the behind the scenes. I've done a lot of online group programs, and this is very much a circle, not a group program. This is not a place where I need to pretend to be someone else. I've let go of some of the grasping and trying really hard, and come into a more natural flow."
"Being a witness to the beautifully safe, inclusive and daringly vulnerable container Kylie had created was incredible."
"A year ago, the plan I made and articulated out loud was the plan I was going to achieve, whether or not it was good for me. I am no longer available for grinding myself into the dust in that way. Last year me would have wondered if I was getting in my own way, if I was self-sabotaging. Now I want a life that feels like a garden, not a factory. I heard a voice asking, 'Could we maybe approach our own body with half as much devotion as we approach everyone else's body when we work on them?' I am so grateful to have been held. It's a very different thing to be bouncing around in all of this by yourself."
"I feel like this was the glue that held me and my business together, and my reason for the big move during all the stress, busyness and mess (literal!) over the past year. If I hadn’t committed, I don’t know where I’d be in terms of getting started - you were the light at the end of my tunnel and I’m so grateful to you. And to the ladies as well, for sharing so much of their journeys too. There’s something about realising you’re not alone that stops you from feeling like you’re all alone!" I left remembering who I am, why I’m here, and how to say it so the right people hear me."
In Buddhist tradition, there's a creature called the hungry ghost, or preta.
She has a vast, swollen belly and a mouth the size of a pinhole, so no matter how much she consumes, she's never full.
She appears in Hindu tradition and Chinese folk religion too, and Gabor Maté borrowed her for his book In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts, to describe the endless reaching to fill an emptiness inside.
When we feel unworthy of being loved and approved of...
we create a business that holds our clients close but sucks the life out of us and never feels fulfilling.
When we've been taught our role is to care for everyone but ourselves...
we bleed ourselves dry on the altar of self-sacrifice, then quietly seethe with resentment when no one notices.
When we're afraid to be visible...
we'll hide behind getting ready to get ready, or endlessly bouncing from strategy to strategy and mentor to mentor in the hope we'll find the 'magic fix' to feeling safe to be seen & paid.
When we've come from scarcity and lack...
we're blind to opportunities, choose an unsustainable business model and choke when asking for the sale.
Another program. Another framework. Another step-by-step magic pill promising to fix us, or send our business growth into high, high, high.
But the hungry ghost was never hungry for more.
No amount of strategy can fill a hole that was never about the work.
No amount of pushing, striving or going 'all in' can fill the emptiness inside.
No amount of self-sacrifice will ever feel enough to earn rest.
Without self-liberation, we can't be part of collective liberation.
The healthy individual becomes the healthy community, and the healthy whole.
When the healers, the guides and the holders are depleted, the whole system begins to collapse, powered by the bullshit of power over, linear growth, scale, scale, scale, and "you must hold it all".
It's time to shift from the stretched thin, depleted rebel and revolutionary, fighting for everyone's liberation...
There was a time when medicine women weren't isolated or hyper-individuated, carrying everything on our own.
We gathered around the hearth, we ate together, danced together, weaved wisdom together, we gave and we received, and being held in community was medicine in itself.
Around here, we bring that collective nourishment, shared wisdom, filling up before giving out back, and centre our daily lives around collective, regenerative, cyclical business and life, grounding down and receiving before we rise up and give again.
Every hearth burns brightest in the dark. This is definite yin. Slow, dark, filling up, sensual, collective sisterhood.
Like the seed waiting underground, gathering energy and nourishment before re-emerging for spring. We compost. We lie fallow. We lean back by the fire and wait for our intuition to say it's time to rise.
This is where we gather around the hearth and share. Like the talking salons of old, so often hosted by women, we circle around the fire, share perspective and chew on the issues.
Each circle opens with one central question, drawn from that month’s element, and everyone has a chance to respond. Then we let it bounce: someone’s insight sparks yours, and a perspective opens that none of us would have found alone. In Earth, for example, we explore boundaries, healthy relating, and receiving nourishment in balance with all that you give.
Each question gently reveals where your hungry ghosts live, in the places you’ve been withholding care from yourself. Naming them builds the self-awareness that grows into self-mastery, so you learn to feed your sacred appetites instead of starving them.
Weaving together is collective energy medicine, repatterning and healing, so we grow far richer together than we ever could alone.
This is where you’re held, warmed by that same hearth. Pull a blanket over you and lie down. You don’t need to speak or get a single thing right.
I weave energy healing, somatic attunement and Eastern medicine, guided by each month’s element. In Water, for example, we tend the kidneys and bladder, the meridians that hold your deepest reserves, and the ancestral essence you’ve been quietly drawing on for years.
Each element brings its own sacred appetites to the surface, and this is where you meet and tend to them. In Water, it might be the craving for rest, for yin time and the dark, for stillness and mystery, for wisdom that arrives in its own time and space. Over time your body learns what your mind is still catching up to, and you naturally come to understand and honour your own shifting needs, no matter what cycle or phase of life you’re in.
It’s an end to the constant doing, and a return to the natural ebb and flow of being.
The warmth of a fire is its own alchemy. You don't have to push, fix yourself or do more. Given the place and space to rest and receive, the slow-burning flame of collective community does the work for you.
You're held in a cocoon of safety and sisterhood, so you can shed the skins of old stories, to be wild and free, the woman you were born to be. From the inside out, not the outside in, with no expert or external permission required.
To receive, to rest, and in the resting, to become so deeply connected to the depth and wisdom of your own precious heart and desires that you can't help but ripple your truth out through your business and your life.
There's nothing to master, keep up with or get right.
What you learn here, you'll learn the way the body learns: by being held, again and again, until it remembers.
Month by month, we move with each of the elements, from the outward reach of spring to the deep dark of winter: wood, fire, earth, metal, water.
Each turn draws you a little further inside, back to your own heart, your own skin, your own belly, until we arrive at the deep well of your own lush and languid life force.

In your body, wood lives in the liver and gallbladder, the eyes, and the tendons that let you bend without breaking.
When wood is well fed, you have access to vision, forward momentum and the pioneering spirit to act on what you truly want, with decisions that come easily.
When she's out of balance, tension and stress get held in the body, frustration simmers into anger, and you feel stuck at every crossroads.
She's nourished by movement, by space to dream, and by remembering what you truly want.

In your body, fire lives in the heart and small intestine, and in the warmth that moves through your blood.
When fire is well fed, you have access to joy, warmth, passion and connection.
When she burns uncontrolled, usually after years of overworking, overextending and burning the candle at both ends, you feel scattered, wired and overwhelmed, chasing butterflies and lying awake at night.
She's nourished by pleasure, play and remembering that joy is part of the medicine.

In your body, earth lives in the stomach and spleen, in digestion and in what holds you up.
When earth is well fed, you have access to warmth, welcome, harmony and that deep, belly-level sense of being held.
When she's out of balance, you overthink, worry on a loop, overgive and struggle to separate what is and isn't you.
She's nourished by receiving, by coming home to your own centre, and by learning to be fed without having to earn it first.

In your body, water lives in the kidneys and bladder, in your bones and your deepest reserves.
When water is well fed, you have access to deep reserves, willpower, insight and quiet determination.
When she's dried out, like a riverbed after decades of pulling from your stores, you feel withdrawn, fearful and teary, and without water to keep fire in check, sleep goes too.
She's nourished by rest, by the dark, and by the stillness of the seed gathering itself before your own spring.

In your body, metal lives in the lungs and large intestine, in the breath and the skin, the places where you take in and let go.
When metal is well fed, you have access to clarity, integrity and discernment, clean and direct in thought and action.
When she's out of balance, you tip into black and white thinking, harsh self-criticism and a sharp, cutting tongue, holding on to what's long overdue for release.
She's nourished by letting go, and by treating your precious time, energy and attention as sacred.
Oriental psychology, Five element theory and Shiatsu principles as a framework for understanding yourself on the physical and emotional levels
Understanding balance and how to feed yourself spiritually, emotionally and physically.
Emotional Freedom Technique, self-acupressure, simple stretch and yoga plus the power of pranayama.
Practices to release and ground, moving through high emotion without having to relive it, and dropping out of your head and back into your body.
A portal to no longer doing it all yourself, leaning back and letting life force energy support and nourish you. Less doing, more being. Hypnotherapy, neurolinguistic programming, reiki and energy healing.
Gentle reclamation and reconnection, not hard work.

I wake up feeling nourished, refreshed, languid
and I make every decision that day from space and ease, instead of depletion, tension or catastrophic thinking.

I meet my fellow wild, witchy, woo folx by the fire every week
resting and receiving, weaving a wisdom deeper than any of us could find alone, being seen and heard in my becoming I learn to choose myself first, again and again.

I trust my own desires, intuitively knowing my next step
trusting my muse to bring the answers in their own time, and going all in the moment my yes arrives.

I feel the old fear rise as I walk the edge of my expansion
and I am able to pause, making friends with fear in real time, anchor down to my own heart + soul, and say yes to your truth even if that scares me

Weekly calls, alternating between fireside wisdom and receiving portals, held live on Zoom on Fridays at 6:30-8:30am Indochina Time*. You close your week nourished, rested and on your own solid ground.
*That’s Friday 9:30am in Brisbane (AEST), and Thursday 6:30pm EST and 3:30pm PST for Canadian and USA rebels.
Collective energy medicine, woven through words. Each month’s theme helps you recognise your own sacred appetites, and where you’ve been abandoning them to feed the hungry ghosts instead.
You’ll see you’re not alone, and the wisdom we share together reaches so much further than anything we could find on our own.
A rare space where nothing is asked of you. Pull a blanket over you and lie down. You don’t need to speak or get a single thing right. We weave energy healing, somatic attunement and Eastern medicine, guided by each month’s element, so you can meet and tend to your sacred appetites: the craving for rest, for deep connection, for leaning back and letting wisdom arrive.
You’ll leave softer and more rested, back in your body, and over time receiving stops feeling like something you have to earn and becomes something you simply allow.
Five months, five elements, 20 circles, running 4 December 2026 to 30 April 2027, with a brief pause for Christmas and Easter.
Each month, a new element becomes our gentle theme as we move through your inner seasons. Month by month, you’ll come to recognise the hungry ghosts that have been feeding on your energy, and learn to turn back towards your sacred appetites, the spiritual, emotional and physical desires you deserve to have met.
Every circle recorded, so you can return to your self devotion resources whenever you need to rest, restore, replenish or receive.
Monthly elemental themes opened with a micro dose of the most potent wisdom, with 10 minutes or less self devotion resources added to the library aligned to each month's focus. Nothing to learn or homework to do - just potent, effective self devotion practices whenever + wherever you need them.
A heart-wide-open community with other rebel, revolutionary paradigm-shifters to share what you notice as you soften and lean back, and the fear and doubt that rise as you walk your edges.
Our in-between-calls community lives on Slack
off social media, with space for voice notes, video and text, however you like to connect and communicate.
Seven spaces by the fire, warming yourself alongside your fellow wise, wild ones. Spaces are offered in order of application, with the integrity and intimacy of the circle top of mind + heart.
Click through and complete your obligation-free application by 11 November for the inaugural early invitation special pricing, including extended payment plan. We'll share a voice note back and forth on Instagram (or a chat on Zoom if you prefer) to feel into Hearth and how she can support you.
Well nourished by your own devotion instead of running on fumes, the hungry ghost finally fed
Knowing your way back to your own solid ground when life gets loud, with emotional and energy medicine living in your bones, not filed away in a folder
Trusting your own oracle so deeply that "no thank you" rolls off your tongue, and your yes lands as a full-body fuck yes
Feeling the elements move through you, and intuitively knowing how to tend yourself through every season and cycle of your life
You're a coach, guide or healer who holds space for everyone, and you're craving somewhere you finally get to be held
You're hungry for sweet community with women who get it, where wisdom, support and resources are shared freely
You centre your work around liberation for all, and you're ready to remember it starts with liberation for Self
You're bone deep tired, or just fucking frustrated, of going around in ever increasing circles of the same damn patterns and second guessing yourself
You've done the frameworks, the masterminds and the strategy, and you know the next step isn't another thing to learn
You're ready to develop your energetic and emotional capacity to be seen, heard + richly rewarded for your work, and you know it starts with tending yourself
You want business strategy but aren't willing to do the expansion and capacity building that truly makes a shift in your reality. This isn't a place for strategy, it's a place for nourishing the human who runs the strategy.
You're looking for spoon feeding, or someone to rescue you, fix you or tell you how to live or do business. This is a space anchored in self responsibility and freeing for your own liberation, not fighting for old limitations
You're after another program to push through and tick off. Hearth is somewhere to lean back and embody your own rest and recovery after years of self abandonment - not another thing on the list to 'get right' like a good little A plus student.

First as the parentified, good girl-conditioned kid of a parent dealing with alcoholism,
then caring for my dad through the final five years before he died, advocating for my stepdad with dementia,
all alongside parenting our two spectacular daughters, now 21 and 22.
Whenever a crisis arrived, I donned the hero cape
and pushed my own needs, wants and desires way down deep into "can't think about that" territory.
Overdelivering was a way of life, working was a gateway to try to feel enough
and self sacrifice was the background frequency of my days.
My overworking, overdelivering, people pleasing parts led 95% of the time.
In just over a year, I launched nine programs back to back, and ended up so dried up I hardly had the energy to blink.
I put it down to perimenopause, a late AuDHD diagnosis, maybe just "getting older".
Somehow I'd gone from freedom-fuelled rebel to groundhog day, rinse and repeat.
My values of freedom, joy, adventure and making memories? Nowhere to be seen.
In December 2025, I had a clear knowing hit me like a bolt of lightning in the middle of a random conversation with a real estate agent. Off the back of that hit, in true manifestor style I started speaking it into reality, declaring to my man "We need a grand adventure, a gap year."
Lucky for me, he's always up for an adventure.
By April 2026, we'd rented our house, sold a shedload of stuff, packed everything else into a container and boarded a plane bound for Indonesia.
I sobbed all the way to the airport, two fears wildly screeching at me:
"It's not right to leave your kids and travel thousands of kilometres away."
"Can I REALLY trust myself to put me first for the first time in my entire life?"
I've got very good at tuning in to the fear, tending to those rigid, controlling, unworthy stories and getting exceptionally good at walking the edge of my own expansion.
It turns out you can put yourself first and survive .. and our kids? they're thriving!
These days, I am my own solid ground. I am at home in my skin. I trust myself inherently and I trust life is leading me to exactly where I need to be through the pull of my desires.
I'm hand on heart more satisfied, calmer, and healthier than I've ever been.
And the best part? For the first time in my entire life - I am choosing to put my highest value first, not just giving it lip service for me while wishing it for everybody else on the planet - FREEDOM for the win freaking win!
Before the "right way" to support clients.
Before someone else's way of moving through life.
Before any to-do list.
Before any form of "success" other than feeling well resourced, well rested and well connected to me.
The shoulds, the musts and the have-tos were no longer welcome. Neither were the big, noisy launches, the performance over presence, or the gripping and grasping for growth at all costs.
So I wrote it all down: everything I can teach, all the ways I can lead, every program in my library and every new idea.
And then I had to sit with the exhilarating, terrifying truth ... 90% didn't call to me anymore.
So I paused, and I waited for my knowing to surface, and the cheeky little minx was resolutely zip-lipped for weeks.
She woke me at midnight on the autumn equinox, at the foot of the Chiang Mai mountains. By 3am the whole circle had poured through me, while I lay there listening to a hypnotherapy track (goddess clearly has a sense of humour).
She showed me a picture of when I was driving home from a 25th Anniversary celebration weekend with my man. My favourite yellow cardigan and pineapple print dress on, the sun shining down on my face, my head resting on the car seat behind me, a sleepy cat-that-swallowed-the-cream smile on my face, my man for 30 plus years at the wheel.
In other words, the face and body of a woman who had spent a few days immersed in all that brought her wild + free pleasure and play.
Good food, good company, sunshine and ocean breeze, a delicious amount of reconnection time and shit tonne of sleep.
Hearth was showing me a picture of what was possible after just a few days and saying "this is where the truth of your own medicine lies".
Holding space for women to centre themselves, to come home to their values, to align to their pleasure and relax and soften to the point that life is leading, and the hungry ghost is no longer leading the show.
I've been a forensic biologist, university lecturer, wellbeing educator and respiratory and sleep scientist.
I've always worked in roles where my satisfaction and genius anchored around helping humans understand and honour themselves and lean into what they truly desire (in teams, in business, in relationships and in life), no matter what anyone else's rules were.
Traditional Chinese Medicine found me at 26, after years of talk therapy that didn't touch the sides, and since then I've trained in Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, timeline hypnotherapy, yoga and yoga for the Stages of Menopause, Zen Thai Shiatsu, Five Element Theory, Oriental Psychology, True Sidereal Human Design and energy medicine including Reiki.
My work has centred around health and wellbeing, emotional and energetic alchemy and reclamation of every single sovereign, sacred cell in my colleagues, my team members, my clients bodies through every one of my 17 different careers.
And yet receiving the medicine myself, believing I too was worthy of my desires, I too could have what I want despite the fear, I too deserve rest and nourishment, I too can claim joy and adventure and vitality?
That part was damned hard.
I knew exactly what I needed to nourish myself. In theory.
And until five months ago, I still played out the same groundhog day beliefs about working hard and sacrificing myself, resting when it was all done over and over.
My life. My business. My relationships. My money. Me.
Because here's what I know now, bone deep.
When you come home to your own truth and nourish yourself first, when you make friends with the hungry ghost and know how to really truly feed her, there's nothing to fix and nothing to strategise your way towards.
Life leads. Love leads.
Solutions emerge. Your inner knowing speaks louder.
And you get to lean back and enjoy the ride - in its own relaxed ripening.
I could teach you to write a sales page, design a full launch or build an ad campaign.
I just don't want to.
I've seen it time and time again, in my own business and my clients':
the best laid plans, strategies and frameworks fall over when the woman behind the business isn't nourished, isn't grounded, isn't free to be her full truth and magic.
"The masculine way of business growth, where you set goals and plot the course, has never worked for me, but I always thought it was a flaw in me. These last months have been about allowing a lot more, and understanding where things are naturally flowing instead of forcing them. Just because things hadn't changed on my business checklist doesn't mean they hadn't changed. To hear that reflected back to me was so important."
"I knew I was hiding but couldn't get to the bottom of why. I learnt how important the self care is, the nourishment. I have underestimated its significance and had convinced myself that it was indulgent. I have also learnt how to more freely connect to the soul of my business and allow the flow of wisdom to come in."
"I felt so heard + less alone on my 'good girl' sticky notes.. it felt so good to release some of that shit. This was the most nourishing and value for money program - it delivered what was offered. I really did feel I could be myself and that is a rare thing these days. Before, I felt hesitant to be seen and heard... NOW, I feel more confident on being seen and heard and I love that I can revisit all the seen content so I can go back and do it again at a slower pace and really feel into it."
"I truly appreciate this container that you've created for all of us and we've all co-created together that has helped me to see your expansion and then be able to see possibility in myself. The three words that I have for you and your work in this circle are expansion, transparency, and rawness."
"I learned that there is nothing wrong with my broken tender heart. I learned that I can be vulnerable and messy and the world isn't going to fall apart and I'm not going to hurt or damage people. I learned that one of my superpowers is rest and renewal and that should be a central theme in my messaging. I learned that there is nothing wrong with my broken tender heart. I learned again, that I have a lot to share and offer and I can get up and do it again. Now, I understand my business has its own energy, and I need to talk to her and see what she needs me to do and how I can help her, and that it needs to be something that I channel, instead of something that I go get from other people."
"I could feel the potency of the space you were creating, a space where I could finally learn how to show up for myself, connect with my truth, and realise I already have the strength to feel and release so much of the pain that has been weighing me down. I'm no longer settling for less. I'm no longer willing to shrink or silence myself to make things easier for others. Instead, I'm learning to accept me for being me. I'm learning to listen to my energy. To rest when my being is tired. To lean in when my heart comes to life."
IN CASE YOU WERE WONDERING ...
Every application is read by me, personally. I tune in to your energy, your desires and the edges you're dancing with. Then we'll voice note back and forth on Instagram, woman to woman, to feel into whether Hearth is a fuck yes for us both. Once it is, you'll confirm your place, and I'll send everything you need to arrive: your welcome emails, the community link and the calendar.
This circle holds too much soul to be rushed. There's space for your knowing to rise, and for your yes to arrive in its own perfect timing.
Submitting your application isn't a commitment to join. Not every application will be offered a seat, and if I feel you'd be better served elsewhere, I'll let you know. This is about resonance, not recruitment.
Small. Sacred. Intentionally intimate. Seven spaces by the fire. Every hearth human is hand selected with care, and with the whole circle in mind.
We gather from Friday 4 December 2026 to Friday 30 April 2027, pausing for Christmas (25 December) and Easter (26 March).
Fireside wisdom circle & receiving portal calls are held weekly on Fridays at 6:30am Indochina Time (ICT). That's Friday 9:30am in Brisbane AEST, 7:30am Perth AWST, and the day before, Thursday for USA + Canadian folx, at 6:30pm EST and 3:30pm PST.
Click here to convert to your timezone. Please note, Indochina Time doesn't do daylight saving, so if you do, your time will shift by an hour when your clocks change.
There's no content to keep up with. That's kind of the point. Hearth happens live, in circle. No need to learn or do anything in between calls. If you do miss a call, no probs - you'll find the replays and occasional bonus resource in the member portal.
Every circle is recorded, so you can catch up or return whenever you need to.
Whilst Hearth does not include personal intuitive coaching, you can choose to add a personal healing cocoon, which includes five 75 minute 1:1 calls with me, one each month, to receive the medicine one on one, and embody it as your own.
Please indicate this preference on your application form, and we can discuss further if this additional layer of support is needed.
All prices are in USD.
Inaugural early invitation, applications open until 11th November, first payment due before 22nd November:
● $2,222 paid in full, or seven payments of $333
Applications received after 11th November, first payment due before our opening call:
● $2,666 paid in full, or six payments of $466
Because every woman is hand selected through her application and our voice note conversation, and because a circle this small is shaped by everyone in it, there are no refunds once your place is confirmed.
That's what our voice notes are for: we both get to feel whether Hearth is a full-body fuck yes before you say yes. And if voice notes aren't your thing and you'd rather chat in real time, that's a-ok too.
No. Hearth is a nourishing circle, informed by my training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Oriental Psychology, Emotional Freedom Technique, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, timeline therapy, hypnotherapy, True Sidereal Human Design, energy medicine, Zen Thai Shiatsu and yoga, and by decades of lived and professional experience.
This work can be deeply transformative, but I'm not acting as a licensed therapist, psychologist or medical doctor, and Hearth isn't intended to diagnose, treat or replace therapeutic or medical care. If you're in the thick of something big, please practise self-responsibility and keep your professional support close.
If you're not sure whether Hearth is a good fit for you, this is something we can explore in our voice notes, or in a real time chat if that suits you better. You'll only be invited if the support you desire is something I can offer.
Great! There's space on the application form to ask away, and I am very happy to go through anything you need answered or clarified so you can make a heartfelt, informed decision.
Allow space to soften and open, to learn to trust yourself,
and to know it's safe to let life lead.
where the hungry ghost finally feels fed.
