My lived experience and epigenetics has left remnants of over-delivery, martyrdom, time blindness and battler struggling to make ends meet - so whilst I'm always leaning into Universal truth of flow and abundance and empowerment, sometimes old worn patterns come out to play and you'll see me righting the ship.
