So now we’ve got the basics in Part 3 we asked Who’s Driving the Bus - Visibility Fear or Visibility Freedom? and you’ve heard key a-ha: your visibility blocks aren’t mindset issues - and they’re not something you can just slap strategy on top of.
Because if you try to whack another formula, funnel, or marketing plan onto the shaky foundation of visibility fears, you’re setting yourself up to fail.
To choke. To freeze. To downplay, dismiss, or dilute your genius until nobody can feel it. And you and your genius deserve better.
And when those patterns drive the bus, they don’t just slow you down - they hijack your entire message. They dull your fire, silence your truth, and shrink your impact.
I call these patterns the Anti-Entrepreneurs. They’re not who you are. They’re who you learned to be in order to survive. To stay safe, yes - but also to be loved, approved of, to measure up to someone else’s definition of success, and to follow the “done way” of life and business.
The good news is: no matter how deeply these patterns have been running, your nervous system can shift.
You can recalibrate your set point for visibility and voice: and being seen, heard and richly rewarded - just for being you, spectacular you.
Let’s meet the first five Anti-Entrepreneurs and how they show up as visibility blocks in business.
Dreampreneur™ (The Daydreamer)
Core fear: Fear of Success - “If I commit, I’ll lose something precious to me. Shining is not safe”
How it shows up in visibility: Bursting with visions, ideas and inspirations but rarely grounds them. Half-finished posts, scattered ideas, a million notebooks, no consistent presence or brand identity.
Cost: Visibility feels dreamy but intangible - her audience can’t anchor to her brilliance, because it never lands.
Dreampreneur™ Symptoms
- “I’ve got so many ideas, I just need to get them clear before I launch…”
- Vision boards and brainstorms galore, but no actual offers in the world.
- Always preparing, always dreaming, never arriving, never landing.
Shinepreneur™ (The Squirrel Chaser)
Core fear: Fear of rejection - “Speaking my truth is too risky - I’ll be safer distracting myself by chasing the next shiny thing.”
How it shows up in visibility: Constantly pivoting. Starts one offer, abandons it mid-stream for the next shiny thing. Shifts platforms, offers, brands and businesses before building traction.
Cost: Audience gets whiplash. Visibility feels scattered and unreliable.
Shinepreneur™ Symptoms
- “Maybe if I try this strategy/course/niche, it will finally click.”
- Constant pivots, chasing the next “best” thing.
- Messaging that shifts so often, no one recognises her anymore.
Perfectpreneur™ (The Perfect Princess)
Core fear: Fear of Exile - “if it’s not perfect, they’ll see my flaws and I won’t be good enough.”
How it shows up in visibility: Polishes every post, video, or launch until the fire is gone. Waits for perfect timing. Performs instead of revealing.
Cost: Visibility looks glossy but feels flat. Audience never feels her raw magnetism. And she’s exhausted from keeping up appearances.
Perfectpreneur™ Symptoms
- “I just need to tweak this one more time and then I can put it out there…”
- Endless editing, rewriting, and stalling - paralysis by polishing analysis.
- Launches are delayed until she feels “ready” (aka never).
Blurpreneur™ (The Chameleon)
Core fear: Fear of Not Belonging - “If I show my true self - warts and all - I won’t belong.”
How it shows up in visibility: Shapeshifts message, branding, or voice to fit the room. Keeps everything vague to avoid rocking the boat.
Cost: Visibility is foggy and forgettable. Audience can’t anchor to her essence, there’s nothing solid to hold onto to say ’yes she’s for me, or no I’m not vibing with this..’
Blurpreneur™ Symptoms
- “Tell me what works for you, and I’ll do that.”
- Vague copy, inconsistent messaging - can’t clarify and amplify her message so she fades into ho-hum or sounds like everybody else
- Lack of sureness in self identity means her offers are often shaped by other people’s formulas, not her own fire.
Comparapreneur™ (The Measuring Maven)
Core fear: Fear of Not Being Good Enough - “No matter how hard I try, I’ll never measure up.”
How it shows up in visibility: Over-delivers, discounts, or copies others to prove value. Stalks competitors instead of standing sovereign.
Cost: Her voice gets diluted. Visibility blends into the noise. She becomes a second rate version of herself, instead of her true wild woman Self.
Comparapreneur™ Symptoms
- “No matter what I achieve or do, I’ll never measure up.”
- “She’s already doing it better, so why bother?”
- Paralysed by scrolling, comparing, and convincing herself she’s behind.
- Holding back until she’s “as good as” someone else.
The good news? These personas aren’t flaws.
They’re learned limitations. And that means you can unlearn them. You can remember the truth of who you really are beneath the archetypes: Raw. Real. Radiant. ROAR-ready.
Because you were never meant to build a business by shrinking, silencing, or second-guessing your truth.
It’s time to meet those patterns with zero shame, come face to face with the exact flavour of fear that’s been muting your magic - and start remembering who you were before the world told you to play small, soft, and compliant
